The shorter layers are intentionally cut at different lengths to create the shape and movement shown. If keeping the overall length is important to you, choose based on the longest layer and refer to the product images for the position of the shorter face-framing and crown layers.

Wavy and curly styles are also measured while stretched straight, so they may appear shorter when worn in their natural texture.

Standard UK orders are normally shipped with CNE. A paid FedEx express option may be available if you need faster delivery.

Delivery times outside the UK vary depending on the destination country, local courier service and customs processing.

Please note that these times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. During public holidays and peak shopping periods, particularly Christmas and New Year, processing and delivery may take longer. We recommend ordering 4-6 weeks earlier than usual if you need the wig for a particular date or occasion.

Yes, provided the wig remains eligible under our full Returns & Exchanges Policy. Please contact us within 20 days of delivery before returning the item.

The wig must remain unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all required tags intact. The lace must not be cut, and the hair must not be cut, coloured, dyed or otherwise modified. It must also be free from styling products, odours, marks and signs of wear.

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
