Use the length guide to compare where each option may sit when worn. The image is intended as an approximate guide only, as the final position can vary depending on your height, neck length, head shape and the hair texture.
For standard styles, the stated length is measured along the hair from the root of the strand to its tip, with the hair gently stretched straight. Our measurement is based on the lower, nape area of the wig rather than measuring from the crown to the very longest point at the ends.
For those highly layered style, the stated length refers to the longest section of the hair. This section is measured from its own root to the tip, with the hair gently stretched straight. The shorter layers are intentionally cut at different lengths to create the shape and movement shown. If keeping the overall length is important to you, choose based on the longest layer and refer to the product images for the position of the shorter face-framing and crown layers.
Wavy and curly styles are also measured while stretched straight, so they may appear shorter when worn in their natural texture.
If you are between two lengths, choose the longer option if you would like more styling or trimming flexibility.

Standard UK orders are normally shipped with CNE. A paid FedEx express option may be available if you need faster delivery.

Delivery times outside the UK vary depending on the destination country, local courier service and customs processing.
Please note that these times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. 06 Can I return or exchange my wig?
Yes, provided the wig remains eligible under our full Returns & Exchanges Policy. Please contact us within 20 days of delivery before returning the item.
The wig must remain unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all required tags intact. The lace must not be cut, and the hair must not be cut, coloured, dyed or otherwise modified. It must also be free from styling products, odours, marks and signs of wear.
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
07 Are your prices inclusive of UK VAT, and can I claim a medical VAT refund?
