Follow these simple human hair wig care steps to keep the hair soft, smooth and easier to style between wears.
Detangle first · Wash only when needed · Air-dry before heat styling
Before washing, detangle gently with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. Start at the ends and work upwards to help reduce tangling and shedding.
Use cool or lukewarm water with a sulphate-free, hydrating shampoo. Let the water flow in the same direction as the hair and avoid rubbing, twisting or bunching it up.
Apply conditioner mainly through the mid-lengths and ends to keep the hair soft and manageable. Avoid heavy product build-up near the lace base and rinse thoroughly.
Gently press out excess water with a towel — do not wring the hair. Place the wig on a stand and set the parting while the hair is still damp.
Only use heat when the hair is fully dry, and apply a heat protectant first. Between wears, store the wig on a stand or in a satin bag.

Free returns are available on eligible wigs only. To qualify, the wig must be unaltered, undamaged, unwashed, uncut and not dyed. For orders without the lace-cutting service, the lace must remain uncut.
Please contact us within 20 days of receiving your parcel. Our customer service team will process your return request within 48 working hours. Photos showing that the lace is still intact may be required before approval.
