Refund Policy

For Order Exchange:
After we ensure the wig is intact and non-altered, we will exchange the wig for you and refund you if there is a price difference within 48 business hours.

For Order Return:
After we receive the tracking number of your return package for our Intact Wig, we will refund you the full payment within 48 business hours.

For Cancelled Order:
Once you confirm the order should be cancelled, we will cancel the order within 48 business hours.
